dear student,
AKTU will transfer your councelling fees(20k) to your newly alloted college. So now you are stuck.Now you will have to write a application to the registrar/director of previous college,to refund your fees and docs.This is a very cumbersome and time taking process mainly to obsess the students and takes at least a month or so.And they will certainly deduct some amount and will never refund exact amount.AKTU has clearly mentioned that it will not be responsible for the refund of your fees.So you are on your own.These private colleges are money leechers and will not refund easily.
