NEET UG exam consist of questions from syllabus of Class 11th and Class 12th. Syllabus of the exam is vast and it is practically not possible to complete the whole syllabus in detail within 45 days. However, working smartly can help you to score a good rank in the exam and get seat in any decent medical college.
You should cover the topics which carry more weightage. It has been analysed that out of 7060 concepts/definitions in physics, chemistry and biology in NEET, only 16% concepts/definitions were asked till 2017 paper and  73% paper of NEET UG 2018 was based on these 16% concepts/definitions.
You should work on these concepts only to score good marks in the exam. You should solve previous years question papers and mock tests. It will help you to know about the exam pattern and type of question asked in the exam.

Nothing is impossible when it comes to will and discipline. I understand that there are lot distractins in life of a NEET aspirant but winning through the cons is what amkes you successful. according to me its practically hard to complete the entire syllabus of NEET in 45 days, but its not impossible to study smart.  Its all about studying smart and time management. You can focus on scoring more in easy cahpters of biology such as plant kingdomand animal kingdom, as well as other smaller chapters that are non lengthy.

Try looking at the pattern for NEET previous year papers to know the weightage of each chapters from all the three subjects. this will help you to manage your time accordingly. I Will provide you with a list  of important as well as easy chapters from all three subjects which you can focus on more to improve your score in NEET:

BIOLOGY:-

Environmantal issues, Sexual reproduction in flowering plants, Molecular basis of inheritance, Bilogical classifaication, Human health and diseases, Body circulation and fluids, Animal kingdom, Chemical coordination and integration, Cell- the basic unit of life, Plant kingdom, Photothensis in higher plants, Breathing and exchange of gases, Digestion and absorbtion, Biodiversity.

PHYSICS:-

Motion in one dimension,  Wave optics, semi conduction and communication system, graviation, Atomic strcuture in modern physics, work power and energy, radioactivity, photoelectric effect and electromagnetic waves, units and dimensions.

CHEMISTRY:-

Chemical thermodynamics, Biomolecules and polymers, Classification of elements and periodicity in properties, Solid state, General principles and processes of isolation of metals,  Cheimistry in every day life, Practical and environmental chemistry, Qualitative inorganic analysis, Nuclear and surface chemistry, Atomic structure, Chemical kinetics, Alcohols and ethers, General organic chemistry, p- block elements, Mole concept, some basic concepts of chemistry( mole concept), Cordonation compounds.

If you focus entirely on all the above mentioned chapters, you can easily get 100 marks in physics and chemistry. rest focus on biology more and more and try to study it as much as possible. solve papers as it helps alot.
