Yes, sure!Why not?I myself managed to qualify JEE Mains and JEE Advance with my final revision schedule of the last 4-5 months before my JEE Mains.Last days play a crucial role.
Listen, get your syllabus and start revising by making a proper plan, be quick and try to understand topics(read your previously written notebook or go through NCERT TEXTBOOKS) and solve some problems.Just some hard work and passion towards the JEE helps you clear'em easily.

Why not 3-4 months are enough to qualify JEE advanced there are many a examples.. just keep faith and patience GOOD LUCK
