Is mehendi allowed in exam actually it is almost gone but slightly is been seen on my palm

Yes mehendi is allowed, I kept mehendi and was allowed to write afcat.

I don't think it is going to create problem .While checking they are going to check your dress code, any ornaments and all other aspects. If the visible part is not much significant to create doubts about unfair means, it won't create problems. Regarding allowed or not, it's not mentioned in particular, however definitely wearing mehendi to exam hall is not expected to be allowed. Try removing as much as possible
