is there any eligibility related to the degrees marks or we have just passed the degree?

According to the eligibility criteria set by GATE examination committee, the academic qualifications to be eligible is Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject. So yes you just need to pass the degree to be eligible
