l don't have EWS-certificate and neither it can possibly be made till 26/09/2020 but we are asked to submit the certificate to regester for jee advanced, what to do?

If your certificate is made and reaches on time then there will be no problem, even if it has a date closer to arrive then you may ask the college authorities to wait for your certificate to arrive and if it taking longer than that such that the admissions will get over then you will be counted or have to fill the form in the general category only.
