my application for jee advanced is not completed.They ask to upload 2020 Gen-ews,but I hasn't taken that.I have only 2019 Gen-ews certificate.But the website said "I can submit it on or before 26-09-2020".And I didn't pay the application fee also ,because of fail of uploading ews certificate.

see the ews certificate should issued by the competent authority on or after April 01, 2020 in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. If any GEN-EWS candidate fails to collect the GEN- EWS certificate (issued on or after April 01, 2020) before online registration or last date of uploading, he/she may upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of GEN-EWS Certificate) to that effect. follow the official brochure to know in details,
