Madam good morning, 1. I am belongs from 'KHANDAYAT' Cast, which is comes under SEBC Category in Odisha only. 2. This 'KHANDAYAT' Cast is not comes under Central list of OBC,as I had checked from Central list of OBC pdf. 3. My PCB mark is only 149 out of 300. Can I fill NEET (UG) 2020 ???
