my AIR is 45162 in NEET i was not alloted college in first counselling are there chances in second counselling ?

Hi,
Well your rank is pretty low and that is why getting a seat might be way too difficult and there is hardly any chance to get a government seat. If you have a category then that might help a bit but still the chances are pretty low. If you can then let me know your state of eligibility and your category for a even better answer.
