Dear Udit, you should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will copmete the age on or before December 31st of the year of your admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Cousre. You will complete 17years before you are admitted in the course. So you can apply for NEET 2019. Hope this helps.
