You have scored little less compared to the cutoff. So getting admission into government mbbs colleges is difficult. However you can try for deemed and private colleges. Or you can take a drop and study hard for a year.

Sorry to say that but based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
