There are a total of 3060 Government medical seats in Maharashtra.
Out of these 2060 seats are under 85% reservations.
There's a total of 19% reservations for OBC along with special obc category.
Hence, on calculating we know that there are around 391 seats for obc category candidates under 85% qouta.
As you have got 4909 category rank, you have almost no chance of getting a seat in any Government medical college in Maharashtra.
