    hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that at your rank your odds are quite low of getting seat in any stream even with sc quota . In my opinion you should start preparing for next attempt with full dedication and get rank below 40000 to be in safe zone . Following is the link for your reference:-
