Last year the cutoff for SCB Dental College and Hospital, Cuttack for SC candidates under the 85 percent state quota was 418. If the same trend continues this year too, then I am afraid you do not have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent dental college. However cut-offs fluctuate every year so wait until the colleges release their admission cut-offs this year.
