My sister get 89 percentile in jee main in obc category.can she get NIT

Your sister can't get the seat in NIT'S but can get the seat in IIIT'S .
You will not get any NIT with this percentile.
Try to improve this in April mains and don't worry if you'll not get NITs.
Go for GGSIPU exam , VIT exam ,etc to get good colleges.

According to the percentile, your sister's rank would be around 1 lakh. In my opinion, seeing the previous year cutoffs in all NIT's, I don't think it will be possible for her to get any NIT because for OBC category, you need to secure a rank of below 30k or be from the the home state of NIT's like NIT Hamirpur and NIT Durgapur.
