Payment was done in AP EAPCET but don't show the my payment in registration portal

1)Whenever payments are made on such portals ,they send you a email or a text message that the payment is successfull. Look for a confirmation email or receipt from the payment gateway or AP EAPCET confirming that the payment was successful.. This will serve as proof of payment.
2)Reach out to AP EAPCET support immediately. Give them details such as your registration number, transaction ID, and any payment confirmation you received. They should be able to verify your payment status and update it in their system.
