payment was done for the AP eapcet for the first time but didn't registered so I did payment and registration second time now i need the money of first payment.....how can I get back my first registration money.... give me suggestion ...

If the application fee was paid successfully at the first time and received the reference ID then the amount cannot be refunded as the payment was successful. You need to fill the application form using the reference ID of the first payment. But you have paid the fee once again and filled the application form using the second reference ID after making the payment second time. We regret to inform that in such cases you cannot claim the refund of the application fee. If you haven't received the reference ID after making the payment for the first time then the amount will be automatically refunded to the same bank account. If it is not refunded we would suggest you to contact the bank's customer service and enquire. You need to provide the transaction ID, transaction date and amount while enquiring. The customer executive will look in to the matter and your issue will be resolved.
