You can visit the one and only official portal for JoSAA, wherein you will find everything you have been asking for. But one point to note that, choice filling for JoSAA Counselling 2019 has ended well before. You can check the same site if you're asking for JoSAA Special round choice filling.

Josaa counseling is over. Currently registration & choice filling is going on through CSAB 2019. It is open till 5pm today

Hello aspirant,
JOSAA Registration and Choice Filling 2019. The registration process for JoSAA 2019 has been closed on June 25. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority, JoSAA 2019 registration was available from June 16 in online mode. Students were required to login using their JEE Main / JEE Advanced application number and password for JoSAA 2019 registration. All candidates who wish to apply for admission into NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs had to register and fill choices in JoSAA 2019 for the allotment of seat. While filling the choices, the candidates had to select institutes and branch as per their preference. Jee main candidates are considered for admissions in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs while jee advanced candidates were able to apply for all institute including IITs.
