Dear Manasvini,
Choice filling in Josaa is completely free of cost. You can select as many colleges as you want(IITs, NITs, IIITs, CFTIs,etc) according to your JEE Main and JEE Advanced rank in the correct preference order. Until the last date(27 June 2019) you can change your order as many times as you want. However after you are alloted a college, you will have to pay the registration fees before admission.
