Hi there,
For any state the state of eligibility criteria is about 2 things:
- If you have done 10+2 from that state that state becomes your home state in counselling, you can avail state quota of that state.
- If you have the permanent residence proof for any state in your name or a similar certificate in your name then you can avail state quota of that particular state.
- No state can deny it until further notice.
