If you are getting ba college in first round of counselling then in order to take part in second round of counselling you need not to do much. just choose float option in this round..
You will be having a fair chance of seat upgrade if you have filled sufficient number of choices.
You need not to worry very much stay calm and composed. Till you want any upgradation keep on choosing float option.
