See it all depends on the cutoff as in the difficulty level of paper , number of aspirants etc. With this score you gave a chance to get BHMS. Moreover it is very hard to guess about the minimum marks for getting a BHMS seat. However 350+ marks in NEET ug exam is better to be on safe side.
