Dear Suyash, technically speaking if you are above 17 years old and have scored 50% in your +2, yes you are eligible to apply for NEET and AIIMS. But logically speaking if you get a seat in a new college, you have to pay the entire fees for your current college as they are forgoing a candidature and a seat for that entire course term. Legally too, there might be complications.
