As you know that it is a highly competitive examination with high number of students applying for it every year. Having 405 marks in NEET might not help you to get MBBS seat in a government college because the cutoff of Neet is normally high. So there are very little chances of you getting a seat in in government college for MBBS . So I would suggest you to start looking for an alternative.
