By 56, you mean to say 56 percentile. If that is so, then your chances to appear for JEE-ADVANCED are almost null because the percentile for a General, EWS or OBC candidate is higher than 56 percentile to appear for JEE-ADVANCED.
In case, if you belong to SC/ST or PwD categories, then only you are eligible to apply for JEE-ADVANCED.

Student scoring 85+ percentile might have chances tp qualify for Advance exam.But as you have mentioned that you have score 56 which might it quite impossible for you to qualify for jee advance.You can try next year with more and better preparation.
