No, there will be no cancellation of seat you have to go for upgrade in order to attend second round of counselling.

sorry i can't understand. i didn't ask about cancellation of seat .i want to know is there any cancellation fee. if i want to attend 2 nd counselling what should i do now.

You can't cancel your seat if you want to go for further round. If you cancel your seat you will be out from the counselling.
so i have to pay university fee for bds college and then i can attend for 2 nd counselling. please guide me whether i am correct or wrong
Yes, you have to complete all your formalities and you have to choose the option upgradation.
