JSS medical college mysore is one of the deemed medical colleges and is of a good repute in karnataka.
Acc to last years cutoffs a score of above 320-350+ can be considered as a safe score if you belong to SC category.
With your score your chances seem to be less.
You can try however in other deemed universities especially those in south
