Sir I have got 90.8 percentile in pucet 2019 in general category .i am scoring 425 in neet .what can I do

As far as neet is concerned, 425 is not upto the mark for securing a government Medical seat in the general category. Whether it is in the state quota seats of government or private colleges the cutoff is certainly above 500. For example;
GMC Patiala - 537
GMC Amritsar - 522
Christian medical College Ludhiana - 502
Hope you get an idea of your chances for the admission.
In this case my advice will be to focus on PUCET since you have scored comparatively well in the same.
