Hello Saurav, 166 marks is too less for a seat in BDS in Government Dental College. Even for ST, 333 marks was rhe cut off for Government Dental College in 2018. And every year cut offs change. There are few colleges which give seats for score less than 166. You need to participate in UP State Counselling for that.
