It is mandatory that Physics be one of your main subjects and, not an additional subject, in order to be eligible for NEET UG.
Since, physics was your additional subject in Class 12 , yoi are not eligible for NEET UG.

Yes you are eligible to neet. But you have to write specifically which boards you were reading because what I know is that physics and chemistry comes under compulsory subject and you have option to choose either biology or math or else both .
So please mention it clearly in comment section.

The criteria for appearing in NEET examination is that you need to have Physics, chemistry and biology as your main subjects in class 12 and you need to score a minimum of specified percentage according to your category and if any one of them is additional then you are not eligible to give neet examination.
