I want to ask that i got a 54.44% in 12th class but i got a 49 marks in physics so Iam eligible for neet or not

So unfortunely for you, the minimum passing mark is 50. So you don’t qualify according to the physics score. If you really want to go for medicine, you’ll have to re-give the exam and score more than a pasing grade.
