Sir my cousin got 233 marks and belong to sc category in Tamil Nadu . Is it possible this year to get MBBS in govt or private college?

Based on this score the chances seem to be less getting a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats & state quota seats, You might have the chance to get management quota seats in private colleges & Deemed Universities. It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment.
