Hello Ramesh,
You have calculated 300 marks which are very less, specially with UR category. It seems very difficult to get any govt. Medical college. Last year in 2018 The college (Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Madikeri) was alloted with minimum marks of 368 with all india rank of 104137.

The am not sure that with your score in neet to get the Medical college but please try for college you may have some of the benefits like article 371 and other quota so that you may get
