I did't undrstnd wht u wanna say..I wana to go fr spot cnselng..i cnnot choose clge according to myslf..counselin is over for uptu..i want to go for spot counselling..now shld i freeze or float my seat

If you have received a college in the counselling you do have an option of choosing it. By selecting freeze or float.
But for spot counselling you will have to go for to the college on your own and see if you have a chance for the same. I hope you understand me now
