Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur also known as KNIT Sultanpur was established in 1976 as the Faculty of Technology by the Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust. KNIT courses include 21 programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in the B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, Ph.D degree courses with further specialisations in the fields of Architecture & Engineering and Computer Application & IT. hostels are only good for first year and have all facilities . campus is fully equipped with wifi and road are good enough . there is seminar for all branches and classes are air conditioned with elevated seating.
College have all facilities like laboratories,Hostels ,Wifi and also Health Centre. Infrastructure is not too good but it is fine. There is 12 Hostels and each hostel has there own mess. College is present on bank of gangotri river. You can easily feel how the lap of Nature looks like.
The infrastructure of the college is ideal in its own way.it has well equipped library,neat and clean classes,and its own playground.the laboratories are full of required equipment and libraries full of required books.

In the rank obtained by you it is really very difficult to get any branch in KNIT Sultanpur because the all India cut off in the last round in previous years have gone upto 1.4L at a maximum and not above that.
So I would recommend you to give some other entrance examinations and try for other good colleges such as Manipal Institute of technology, VIT Vellore, Comedk colleges such as M.S Ramaiah ,BMS Bangalore, RV college of engineering, BIT Bangalore.
You can also look for entrances such as BITSAT for BITs pilani and it's other campuses GOA and Hyderabad and WBJEE for West Bengal colleges.

It is a college of lower category , but in my opinion it is a decent college if you work hard there you can get placed .
