That's quite an interesting question you asked, which is actually more of a diplomatic one.
The reason being, the way one solves his/her paper in order to maximize the profit might actually backfire for someone else. Hence it's always advised to devise one's own plan to have tricks or hacks while attempting a paper.
Since you wanted some of them, I will state a few which I along with some of my friends did follow.
1. Create mnemonics : especially for those topics which actually are quite tough. Eg : plant morphology chapter, cranial nerve names, clotting factors etc.
2. While attempting Physics MCQs, make sure to underline the numerical values. This helps you in the fact that, in the heat of the calculation, you don't miss out on important values.
3. In both Physics and Chemistry, after determining the numerical value of an answer, make sure to put the correct unit. Joule and Dyne often create a huge difference in marks as well as ranks.
4. No blind guesses, even if you are guessing, make sure you havely surely eliminated 2 options.
5. If you can't solve an MCQ after 2 simultaneous attempts, don't waste time and move on to the next one. Come back later when you have time.
6. Before beginning your calculations on a numerical problem which is supposedly huge, give a read to the last line and check the options. ( It's often seen that final temperature is asked and the options have units in energy, celsius and pressure. Thus you can easily eliminate options and get to the right one even before solving.)
7. Set goals.
8. Strictly follow time.
9. Learn to reward yourself once you achieve a target.
10. Don't undersetimate yourself, neither do overestimate.
These were some points which might come handy.
Hope this helps.
All the Best !
Dear Sir / Ma'm, the only hack is to have extremely clear concepts in all the three subjects. Biology should be known through and through. Physics is nothing but understanding the concepts. So, devote time to understanding the concepts instead of mugging up as that will not help in the final examination. Many students find inorganic chemistry a little difficult to remember, so if you take inorganic chemistry lightly, remember you need to be extremely thorough with physical and organic chemistry. Practise sincerely and practice conceptual questions daily. Make sure you give equal weightage to all three subjects.
