You will have to apply for each college separately but the application forms are not released yet as these are going to be out on or after NEET exam tentatively.

So still no college have yet released information regarding it...but i heard that IP, New Delhi, CMC Vellore have started registeration and u tell that none have released in this regard please tell now....Hope u will answer soon.
