Hope you are doing well.For this time manipal entrance conducted exam out of 800 and negative marking is also there .So nothing can be predicted right now.But according to me after analyzing last year cutoff and in general reviews 50% to 60% marks is always a safe side.
According to last year cutoff and tread you may get your desired branch in main branch.
