Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) Admission Process

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. MAHE Manipal admission is offered to various courses at UG and PG levels in the fields of management and business administration, medicine and allied sciences, sciences, arts, humanities and social sciences, engineering and architecture, animation and design, commerce, engineering and architecture, animation and design, media, mass communication and journalism.

MAHE Manipal admission to most of the UG and PG courses is entrance-based. Admission to some of the MAHE Manipal courses is merit-based and for some courses, entrance exam scores are considered. MAHE accepts applications in online mode. Depending on the courses in different streams, MAHE Manipal admissions are based on MET (Manipal Entrance Exam), national-level entrance exams, and merit. What is MET 2024?

Candidates seeking admission into the BTech courses at MAHE Manipal have to appear and qualify for the MET exam conducted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education. MAHE Manipal will conduct the MET entrance exam in multiple phases. The authority announces the MET 2024 exam dates on the official website. MAHE Manipal releases the results of MET 2024 a few weeks after the exam is conducted on its official website.

The authorities will release the MET 2024 cutoff along with the round-wise seat allotment results. Further, candidates who fulfill the required MET cutoff will be eligible for admission at MAHE Manipal. Candidates who will qualify the MET will be eligible for MET counselling and the admission process.

First, candidates have to meet the MAHE Manipal BTech eligibility criteria.
Then, eligible candidates are required to apply online on the official website of MAHE.
Appear for Manipal Entrance Test (MET) conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).
A merit list is prepared based on candidates' scores in MET for MAHE Manipal BTech admission.

Admission is done through a Department Test (DT) through an Online Remote Proctored Test.

As I am a resident of Maharashtra since my birth, but I have done my graduation in online mode from Manipal University Online. Hence, it is in online mode. Now, I am registering for CAP round process of MAH MBA CET. There are two options of students Type A or Type B. So I am what type of student ?

They have their own entrance exam called the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for BTech admissions across their campuses (Manipal, Sikkim, Jaipur).
