When can I get the Call Letter for MBBS and from where can I get it? I can't get over the DME site.

It is provided at the time of counselling be only if you are alloted a seat.

During the councelling process once the verification etc is done and a college is alloted to you they will give you the allotment letter after necessary paperwork like fees etc.
