Whether I can get domecile certificate for West Bengal for neet2019 now.I am resident of WB.

First and very important criteria for having domicile for West Bengal is that you have to show that you are living in West Bengal for at least 10 years without any interruption as on 31/12/2016(because I appeared for neet 17)
Documents that I required while getting domicile last year ( because I belong to Tripura) were.
Address Proof - Proof that you have a plot or own house in West Bengal for 10 years.
Identity Proof - Voter or Aadhar Card with the address of West Bengal mentioned.
If you can manage to bring certificates from school that you have been doing schooling for 10 years in West Bengal then it would be more satisfying to the government authority. (Use class 10th and 12th Mark sheet)
Lastly, go to The District Magistrate Office to apply for a Domicile certificate.
Issuing certificate from Govt. Officials are hectic and time taking to have some time in hand.
