No you wont
You will not get NITs if you are not SC/ST.
even if you are SC/ST then also you will get only lower NITs.
So, better to drop a year if you are too ambitious for NITs or you can choose alternative colleges from other entrances.

Sir , Cant I get NIT Patna under Home State Quota ?I'm not just asking about NIT but aren't there any good colleges which may give admission with this rank in JEE ?
