With 176 and that too with NRI qouta you can easily get medical colleges through management qouta and by KEA.
You can easily get Kasturba medical college, Manipal which is one of the best medical college in India.
According to last year's allotment list the last candidate to get a seat in this college had secured an ALL INDIA RANK of 750080.
Other colleges where you can expect an admission in MBBS course are
KS Hegde medical academy, Mangaluru
Hamdard institute of medical Sciences and research, New Delhi - 694118 AIR
