There are multiple fully automated libraries at the UETR campus, which together have an expansive collection of about 40000 titles. 36,297 books, 84 magazines and print journals, 6500 peer-reviewed e-journals and over 1 lakh e-books can all be accessed via a computerized bar-coding system, all under careful CCTV surveillance. Libraries are a power house of knowledge – there are separate, curated libraries in each department and hostel that can be referred to by the students. As one of the leading libraries of Uttarakhand, the Central Library at UETR empowers students with full access to project reports, syllabi, research papers, faculty publications, and many rare books, books for competitive exams like GATE, GRE and TOEFL, along with previous years’ question papers from other universities in both digital and bound form. The library is also a member of Springer, DELNET & J-Gate, which gives our students access to an unlimited collection of e-journals. Xeroxing and printing facilities are available on a nominal charge.

The University has departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

Built-in a circular plan, the auditorium has an exemplary ventilation system due to a carefully-designed false ceiling with three earth air tunnels, each one meter in diameter.

Boosted by good acoustics, the stage is equipped with permanent lighting fixtures and sophisticated audio-visual equipment.

The auditorium is extensively used for events, seminars and conferences. It is also used for university and other miscellaneous examinations, providing an introspective yet cheerful ambiance to the examinees under its roof.

The University has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

Quick Bite” serves both Chinese and Indian food along with a host of tasty snacks. There’s a variety of hot and cold beverages to be had including Nescafe in assorted flavors. The fare is nutritious and at reasonable prices while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in the kitchen as well as the dining area. Overlooking the greens through large glass windows along the entire wall and a high ceiling, the dining hall can easily accommodate a multitude of students. Specially designed in red brick and wood to offer a cosy setting, the Quick Bite is one of the most popular spaces on the UETR campus.

At UETR, we are thoroughly prepared for any mishaps or accidents that could affect the health and wellbeing of our students. To that end, UETR avails medical help and intervention from COER Hospital, which is on the premises of the COER group of institutions.

The University has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

We believe that for a healthy mind you need a healthy body; and for a well-rounded personality, the camaraderie that group activities like sports provide. UETR has a huge, beautifully landscaped playground that has already experienced the epic highs and lows of intra-institute several tournaments, along with indoor games facilities as well. UETR provides students, faculty and staff accessible banking through a PNB ATM right on campus.

UETR is situated at the meeting point between Roorkee and Haridwar and is well-connected with the educational and religious cities. And while the university is easily accessible right on National Highway 58, the University offers its own wide range of transport facilities to its students and faculty members on very nominal charges. The buses move on different routes of Roorkee and Haridwar to pick up and drop students to make their commutes less of a hassle.

Our bus drivers are highly qualified, skilled and are licensed by the RTO to drive university buses to ensure the full safety of both the students & staff members. The bus facility is also available for students & faculty members for industrial visits, field trips and other academic activities.

Our hostel rooms are spacious, semi-furnished and available on single or double occupancy. Indoor games are available in all the hostels, including common basketball and volleyball courts. fully-equipped café serves tea, coffee, milk, soup, and snacks from 05:00 PM in the afternoon to 11:00 PM at night. UETR Residential Complex has the uniqueness of many state-of-the-art buildings, sprawling lawns, well-maintained playgrounds in a pollution-free environment. It has been planned, designed and constructed to address broader issues that relate to resource and energy conservation. Thoughtful landscaping creates a vibrant campus and motivates students to remain lively and active. Separate hostels are established for boys that provide feelings of ‘a home away from home’, and the establishments, at full strength, can accommodate around 2100+ students. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled.

The girls’ hostel is furnished with all necessary comforts, boasts extremely high-security standards to meet the expectations of parents.
