ACCC will conduct Counselling for 15% of All India Quota seats of Government, Government Aided, Central Universities, National Institutes and 100% seats of Deemed Universities and internal seats of Delhi University. If you haven't been allotted a seat in Round 1, you needn't re-register for Round 2. You can fill your choices and lock them according to Round 2 schedule. Fresh registrations are for those Candidates who have not registered for Round 1. If you have not been allotted a seat in Round 1, make sure that you shuffle the options with new ones. As the seat is allotted based on merit and preference and there is no limit for no.of choices that you can fill, you can add more choices to the list giving priority to the new ones. That way based on your NEET score and rank in the merit list, you might get a seat allotted in Round 2. And if you are allotted a seat in Round 2 of Counselling, you cannot reject it. Or else you will have to forfeit the security deposit. For more information, please read https://aaccc.gov.in/aacccug/Document/FAQs.pdf .
