Course overview
Inclusive Employment online course is designed for people who wish to learn about the various approaches to support people with disabilities at work. The training seeks to teach them how to make reasonable accommodations to support and encourage businesses in providing effective work placements and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The Inclusive Employment certification course is designed by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), a public-private initiative aimed at transforming untrained and semi-skilled workers into productive and skilled employees.
Inclusive Employment online training includes self-paced training materials, HD video lectures, exercises and quizzes to check individual understanding, and some supplementary reading material. In addition, students will find a final assessment in the course content to evaluate their overall learning and knowledge of the subject. After completing the course and assessment, students will receive a certificate, which they can download and print for ease of reference.
