Going with rankings, SSN is ranked higher compared to the other two. Placements are totally dependent on the person and differ accordingly.
SSN is quite great in terms of placements and gives a good competence to CEG and PSG college. There are a lot of product based company in the recruiters list with packages ranging from 4 LPA to 39 LPA. Few bright students even get offers from international firms with packages as high as 80 LPA.

Earlier the placements for civil engineering were not good in this college. Only 30-40% students used to get placed. But last year , more than 90% students got placed . They have a training and placement cell which trains students in such a way that they get placed in MNCs. Companies like hyundai , bosch visit the campus. The average package offered is 3-4 lpa.

Both colleges are good and both provide the facilities that you want however there is a small suggestion of not chasing the facilities rather you should chase down the faculty because after all its the only thing which will make you successful in life.
