Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM an AICTE, Ministry of HRD, and Govt of India approved two – year full-time autonomous programme in Management. Spread across four trimesters and leading to PGDM, the most notable features of the program include its robust industry-driven curriculum and objectives of providing a genuinely broad-based global management education. The program equips and grooms multi-faceted, multi-skilled managers competent of handling intricate situations and is adept to managing change effectively and efficiently. The dual specialization course offers students specializations in Marketing, Finance and an exposure to Human Resources, ensuring that they are thoroughly accomplished in at least one functional area while endowed with all the vital working knowledge of human capital management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation (minimum three-year duration) in any discipline from a recognized University with a mandatory minimum of 50 percent marks. The students who are appearing for final year examination / awaiting final year results can also apply.

Admission Details

Candidates desirous of applying are required to appear in one of the following tests: (CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT and any other valid test acceptable to Lexicon MILE). Lexicon MILE will conduct GD & PI for all eligible applicants for final selection.
Students are also required to appear for the interview process at the campus and in cities all across India, which will be notified at a later date.
Candidates will be short-listed based on their performance in the Interview process. Academic performance of the candidate in 10th, 12th, graduation will be taken into consideration for the selection. The shortlisted students will be given offer letter for admission.
Admission shall be confirmed once the registration amount is received from the candidates.
