The infrastructure of MIT is excellent. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the campus, and the labs are well-equipped for practical classes. The library contains a broad range of books on programming and IT courses. Hostel facilities are acceptable, but as everywhere, mess food is not great.
The teachers are adequately qualified, with most having pursued higher studies from some of the top institutes. Their method of teaching is relatively more conventional, but they do discuss topics extensively.
Most hiring is for entry-level positions like software developer, web developer, and technical support engineer. Opportunities for internships are less, so students must arrange them on their own. Overall, placements are decent and students need to work a bit hard outside the campus to get better placements.
The campus facilities are decent. Classrooms and labs are functional, though some labs have older systems. Wi-Fi is available but not always reliable. The library is sufficient for academic study, and the playground is small with limited sports facilities.
Professors help with academic questions and provide guidance for projects, but they are not very proactive in assisting students with placements or internships. The student-faculty ratio is high, which limits individual attention. The curriculum is relevant, but practical training for industry is minimal, making it hard for students to be fully ready for corporate roles.
The average package offered is around 2 to 2.5 LPA, and the highest package rarely exceeds 3 LPA. Companies like CodeBridge, NexaSoft, and PixelTech Solutions hire for roles such as junior software developer, web developer, and IT support. Most students must find their internships on their own since the college does not provide structured placement help.
Overall Infrastructure is good and The college features a well-equipped library with plenty of books, classrooms with CCTV, and labs with necessary equipment. The campus has a good canteen, open spaces, and a welcoming environment, which makes studying comfortable.
The faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. While classes are not always regular, the teachers are approachable and ready to assist students with questions and guidance. Semester exams are manageable, and students with a basic understanding of the syllabus can pass without much difficulty.
Placement opportunities for BCA students at MIT Meerut are quite limited. In recent years, only a few companies have visited the campus for recruitment. Most students depend on off-campus opportunities. Local IT firms, small startups, and regional software companies occasionally hire students, but high-paying packages are uncommon.
