The college has a Boys' Hostel Facility. The hostels are well equipped, and rooms are furnished with single/double/triple/quadruple occupancy and Internet connectivity. Rooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, study tables, and wardrobes. Mess functions under the control of students on a cooperative basis.

In addition, the Institute provides 24 24-hour ambulance service in association with Dayanand Nursing Home located at Begum Bridge (Heart of the town) to cope with any medical emergency. In cases of emergency, MITians are referred to Subharti Medical College and the hospital located close to the campus.

The central library is an essential component of the research and education mission. The library has a well-rounded collection of 48,967 volumes of books divided into 5,183 titles. These included Textbooks, foundation books, and books on subsidiary readings. The library has a wide collection of the latest books and journals. It has a subscription to various National and International journals in print, besides a large number of e-journals through INDEST AICTE Consortium like IEEE, Springer, Wiley, J-gate, ProQuest, Science Direct, Business Source Elite, ASTM Digital Library, McGraw-Hill Access Engineering.

Meerut Institute of Technology, Meerut, provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students that help them to maintain their physical fitness. Sports facilities include table tennis, carom, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and badminton courts.

The college has dual-core computers arranged in 20 separate labs for B.Tech students. Internet facility is available to students through a dedicated leased line of 42 MBPS with an optical fibre backbone. The college computer centre is well equipped with the latest Hardware and Software Technology, the latest server, and HP Workstations. All labs in the Institute are on LAN and Wi-Fi.

The institute has its own fleet of many buses that ply on several routes across Meerut and its neighbouring areas, including Muzaffarnagar, Ghaziabad, and Delhi, serving both students and staff. Bus facilities are also available to students living in hostels to visit the city. Students are charged on a no-profit-loss basis.
